By using AdVideoMaker (advideomaker.com), you're agreeing to these terms. Pretty standard stuff, but please read it.

The tools

We make free AI tools that write ad scripts and hooks for short-form video. They work, but they're still early. Things might break, change, or go offline for a bit.

What you can do with the output

Whatever you want. Scripts you generate are yours — use them for TikTok, Reels, client work, wherever. We don't own your output and we don't claim any rights to it.

One thing though: review before you publish. The AI can get things wrong — bad claims, weird phrasing, stuff that might not fly with a platform's ad policies. That's on you to catch.

Don't be that person

Don't use the tools to make anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive. Don't try to game the rate limits or scrape the API. Just use it like a normal human being.

Limits

The free tools have daily usage caps. We might adjust those numbers, add paid plans, or take things down for maintenance. We'll try not to surprise you, but no promises on uptime.

Waitlist emails

If you sign up for the waitlist, you'll get emails from us about the product. Not spam — just launch updates. Email support@advideomaker.com anytime to opt out.

Liability

We build this in good faith, but it comes as-is. If a generated script tanks your ad account or gets a video taken down, that's not on us. Always review what the AI gives you before you put money behind it.

Our stuff

The AdVideoMaker brand, site design, and the systems behind the tools belong to us. Your generated content belongs to you. Fair deal.

Kicking people off

If someone abuses the tools or causes problems, we'll cut access. Hopefully never needed.

Changes

These terms might change as the product grows. We'll update the date at the top when they do.
